Built in the first five-year plan, the area of the formerly bustling industrial city, now abandoned and closed off from ordinary people, was once again opened to the public and provided an extreme location for audiovisual installations and live sets for four days.
Between August 31st and September 3rd, the INOTA Festival filled the turbine hall of the former thermal power plant, the huge boiler room and the impressive cultural center with the works and performances of artists and performers who revolutionized genres with their works, pushed boundaries, encouraged thinking and inspired the participants.
